Please wait six business days to notify us if your merchandise has not arrived. Although we mail magazines within one business day, we cannot account for delays with the UP Postal Service. If the merchandise you ordered does not arrive in a satisfactory time, you may request a refund.
Our policy is that all of our services are prepaid. All internet access activity at www.athlonsports.com/fantasy are tracked and a log of username and password logins are maintained. If you don't like a product or it does not meet your needs, you may request a refund by calling (303) 795-7902. If a refund is requested prior to using our services, a full refund, will be refunded within 10 business days of your refund request. Refunds will be issued either as a credit to your credit card account or a company check.
